Can Vaseline help increase the growth of eyebrows? Or is there anything else? If so, what?

Ok I know I've been posting alot of questions about this (sorry!) but all I wanna know, does Vaseline work? I've also tried to stroke my eyebrows witha soft-bristled toothbrush then put on a thin layor of oil. (I dont have a disease or anything, I just so happened to overpluck, thats all) Any other remedies that can help them grow within a week? If so, please tell me? Thanks!! --Loren<3
