I ws cheatd by P&M,Gurgaon for carying the items from moradabad to kolkata.which district forum i can complain?

I hired the services of Yoman cargo packers and movers , gurgaon, haryana for carrying the household articles from moradabad ( Uttar pradesh) to kolkata.I want to register a complain against the company in consumer court. Kindly help and pls only people hav sufficient knowledge or lawers have to reply.
