Ingrained on my skin! How do I get it off?

I have dark patches of what looks like dirt [?] on my butt cheeks. I've tried scrubbing them with a stiff bristle brush, but it doesn't seem to be coming off. It's really embarrassing. Does anyone know how to remove them?
