Scratched up car hood using a foam brush?

I was at the DIY carwash and i used the "bubble brush", The bristles were much harder than i thought they would be and it seems i scrubbed too hard and now my hood has swirl marks and visible scratches from the brush. How would i go about removing this damage? This is a pretty large area (most of the hood) so I wasn't sure if Scratch Doctor would work since that is meant for small areas.
