What inexpensive brand of middle aged men's clothing do you recommend?

My husband and i need to get him new clothes. he needs cargo shorts, long sleeve button downs, tshirts, jeans. He is really rough on clothes. The clothes he has now are older, but tend to shrink, fade, tatter easily in the washer. He just tends to be hard on clothes. Can you all recommend any affordable brands that are durable that can be purchased at Kohl's, Dillard's, just normal stores, not high end stores. thanks so much!
