Do Converse High Tops look good with shorts?

Honestly, if you are the type of person who wears characters on your apparel and accessories... I don't think it should really matter to you. First of all, NOTHING LOOKS GOOD WITH CARGO SHORTS! They are an abomination in the world of fashion, cargo shorts not only make your proportions look WRETCHED, but are also completely over-worn. Secondly, high tops look absolutely DISGUSTING and REPULSING with shorts due to the fact that they cut off the legs making you look short, stumpy, unattractive, and uncaring. Basically I'm saying, style is to each his own, but learning the principals of designs, and understanding what really makes a person look good is crucial. Please though, DO NOT WEAR a.) cargo shorts, or b.) shorts with high-tops. It never works...
